Holistic Initiative Inventory
An initiative is: An activity considered or implemented to address an identified issue or opportunity. May include but not be limited to addressing specifically enrollment, retention, completion, post-completion placement, effective teaching measures, customer service ratings, organizational culture, operational efficiency, and increasing margin. Originated from any level of the organization or external influence Implemented on an ongoing basis. Activity may be referred to as an initiative, project, non-academic program, or work of a department.
An initiative is NOT: One-off activities, Instructional/academic programs, Unit processes or standard operational functions or changes or expansion to our business model (the way we do business).
